Service Department
BPS's growing service department is able to provide a full range of engineering services from DVCAM up to HDCAM SR.
As well as VTR's and Camcorders we are able to service a wide range of equipment equipment such as Sachtler and Vinten tripods, Canon and Fujinon lenses, LCD and CRT monitors and all types of audio equipment. We will provide an estimate of repair and you will be kept up to date as to the progress of the work being carried out.
We believe that offering such a high standard and quality of service/repair ensures that the customer facilities are kept up and running. We understand that time without your equipment is time ‘off air’ so we will always endeavour to repair the equipment in the shortest time possible as well as providing a collection and delivery service should it be required.
