RODE smartLav+ Lavalier Microphone for Smartphones (RODE-SMARTLAV+) – is ideal for film, TV and other broadcast applications and is designed to connect directly to your mobile device.
In addition to the features of the original smartLav, the smartLav+ has a new capsule with a quieter noise floor and features socket colour coding in line with Rode’s new SC cabling range.
The smartLav Plus connects to a smartphone or tablet headset jack via the reinforced Kevlar cable. It will work with any audio app that uses a headset input but has been designed to match perfectly with the Rode Rec app for Apple iOS devices, converting the device and mic into a professional recording unit with a professional quality omni-directional condenser mic capsule for unfussy mounting and setup.
There is also a foam pop-shield included to reduce wind noise and vocal plosives and comes with a durable mounting clip featuring built-in cable management.

Delivery
Please note that for next-day delivery, the product must be marked as in stock and the order placed before the daily cut-off time. If an item is not in stock, an estimated lead time will typically be displayed.
Collection
Free Collection is available at our showroom in Hampton, please select this option at the payment stage at the checkout. Please allow one hour to pick and prepare your order for you so it is ready for you when you arrive. Collections must be made at our office during the hours of 9 am to 5:30 pm (Mon to Thurs) and 9 am to 5 pm (Friday).
Next Working Day Delivery
UK mainland orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. To qualify for next-day delivery orders must be placed before 2 pm Mon – Thur. Orders placed after 2 pm Thursday will be dispatched Friday for Monday delivery, excluding Bank Holidays. The charge for this service is £12.00 plus VAT. This service is only available for products that are in stock.
