Shipping Information

Collection

Free Collection is available at our showroom in Hampton, please select this option at the payment stage at the checkout. Please allow one hour to pick and prepare your order for you so it is ready for you when you arrive. Collections must be made at our office during the hours of 9 am to 5:30 pm (Mon to Thurs) and 9 am to 5 pm (Friday).

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery costs £5.99 including VAT and will be sent out by Royal Mail or APC, this service can take 3-5 working days. *Excluding all Battery Generators*

FREE UK Delivery On Orders Over £250

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £250 Ex VAT to the UK mainland. Mon-Fri working days only. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed.

Next-Working Day Delivery

UK mainland orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. To qualify for next-day delivery order must be placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will be dispatched Friday for Monday delivery, excluding Bank holidays. The charge for this service is £12 Inc. VAT. This service is only available for products in stock, so please check the product status.

Saturday Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm on Friday are eligible for Saturday delivery, the cost is £27.50 Inc. VAT - this is only available for the UK mainland.

For all international orders please email sales@bps-tv.co.uk. One of the team will be able to provide you will a quotation for the products along with the shipping cost. Please provide the products, quantities. shipping address and company information so that we can provide you with an accurate price.

Payment

We accept payment via all major credit or debit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, bank transfer and Sage pay. Payments can be made online or by email. We do not accept orders over the phone.

Can I get a VAT Invoice for my order? Yes. A Full VAT invoice is provided for all orders when requested. If you require an invoice, please email sales@bps-tv.co.uk.
