Shipping Information
Collection
Free Collection is available at our showroom in Hampton, please select this option at the payment stage at the checkout. Please allow one hour to pick and prepare your order for you so it is ready for you when you arrive. Collections must be made at our office during the hours of 9 am to 5:30 pm (Mon to Thurs) and 9 am to 5 pm (Friday).
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery costs £5.99 including VAT and will be sent out by Royal Mail or APC, this service can take 3-5 working days. *Excluding all Battery Generators*
FREE UK Delivery On Orders Over £250
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £250 Ex VAT to the UK mainland. Mon-Fri working days only. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed.
Next-Working Day Delivery
UK mainland orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. To qualify for next-day delivery order must be placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will be dispatched Friday for Monday delivery, excluding Bank holidays. The charge for this service is £12 Inc. VAT. This service is only available for products in stock, so please check the product status.
Saturday Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm on Friday are eligible for Saturday delivery, the cost is £27.50 Inc. VAT - this is only available for the UK mainland.
Collection
Free Collection is available at our showroom in Hampton, one hour after order. This is available for products showing as in stock, please see the product status to check the item is in stock. During the hours of 9 am to 5:30 pm (Mon to Thurs) and 9 am to 5 pm (Friday). Ths office is shut on weekends.

For all international orders please email sales@bps-tv.co.uk. One of the team will be able to provide you will a quotation for the products along with the shipping cost. Please provide the products, quantities. shipping address and company information so that we can provide you with an accurate price.

Our website uses secure encryption and meets the security standards demanded by the most stringent banks.
We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All card details are managed by our payment providers which are Paypal or SagePaye.
Can I get a VAT Invoice for my order? Yes. A Full VAT invoice is provided for all orders when requested. If you require an invoice, please email sales@bps-tv.co.uk.

You do not need an account to place an order on our website as you can checkout as a guest, however there are benefits to having an account as you get more updates on your order and can see all existing orders.
We always try and offer the most competitive price from the start, however, we understand from time to time with the sheer number of products we range there may be times whereby official dealers have a better price. We will try our best to match this price or better it if possible.
Price match is only available if the product is in stock from the other retailer and they must be an official dealer for the manufacturer.
If you have found a product cheaper elsewhere at an official dealer please send us an email will the details of the product and details of where you have seen the product cheaper and a member of the team will come back to you.
