Free Collection is available at our showroom in Hampton, please select this option at the payment stage at the checkout. Please allow one hour to pick and prepare your order for you so it is ready for you when you arrive. Collections must be made at our office during the hours of 9 am to 5:30 pm (Mon to Thurs) and 9 am to 5 pm (Friday).

Standard Delivery Mainland UK

Standard delivery costs £5.99 including VAT and will be sent out by Royal Mail, DPD or APC, this service can take 3-5 working days.

Christmas delivery times are estimates based on stock availability and must be ordered before cut-off times. Due to high demand and unforeseen courier delays, which are beyond our control, we cannot be held liable for any missed deadlines. Normal delivery services are expected to resume from Friday, 2nd January 2026.

At BPS we can arrange shipping worldwide on most of our products. Please contact sales@bps-tv.co.uk and provide details of the products you are interested in, billing and delivery address, and any company information. Our sales team will then arrange for a full quotation to be provided.

How do I cancel my order?

At BPS we will try and offer the most competitive price we can, however, we understand from time to time with the sheer number of products we range there may be times whereby other official dealers have a better price. We will try our best to match this price or better it if possible, for this to apply the product must be in stock and from an official dealer.

If you have found a product cheaper elsewhere at an official dealer please send us an email will the details of the product and details of where you have seen the product cheaper and a member of the team will come back to you.

Terms of Price Match:

  • The goods must be in stock with the competitor
  • The competitor must be an official UK dealer and not a grey import
  • Postage and packaging are taken into account for the total order amount

We use DHL and DPD for most of our deliveries however we sometimes use Royal Mail for some deliveries. Shipping worldwide we will get a quote on a case-by-case basis.
