The Canon Tripod Adaptor TA-100 Quick Release Plate allows you to quickly mount/dismount the XL2 and other compatible Canon camcorders (some included are: EOS C100, EOS C300 EF, EOS C300 PL, XL-H1, XF100, XF105, XF300, plus others) from a tripod using the Canon TA-100 Tripod Adaptor. This two-part adaptor attaches to the base of the camcorder with the second part easily attaching to the tripod, the original black screws are included. The tripod adaptor quick release plates are useful for quickly changing cameras if needed, they are good on the go and for filming any product which may require more than one camera, or if you simply want to remove your camera quicker from the tripod.
