Description

The Canon EOS C200 is the first Cinema EOS camera to support the new RAW recording format – Cinema RAW Light. Providing the same flexibility in colour grading as Cinema RAW in a smaller file size, enabling filmmakers to record internally to a CFast 2.0™ card.

The newly developed Canon Dual DIGIC DV6 processors provide the ability to record internally 4K UHD/50P MP4, 4K DCI RAW and continuous 120fps High Frame Rate (HFR) in Full HD without crop. At the same time, advances in Dual Pixel CMOS Auto Focus (AF) technology and a new touch screen LCD monitor provide smooth AF operation and effective tracking.

Capture and record with ease UHD/50P footage to internal SD cards in MP4 format and use Cinema RAW Light to film moments in stunning 4K to internal CFast 2.0™ card. Explore your creativity in Full HD with high frame rate options up to 120P.

Use dual SD card slots to either simultaneously record an immediate backup or to enable relay recording for long continuous shoots.

Record Canon Log / Log3 for Post-production Flexibility
Canon Log 3 offers 13-stops of dynamic range for more demanding grades, while Canon Log captures details in the highlights and shadows with 12-stops to better integrate with footage from earlier Cinema EOS cameras.

No need to Grade with the Wide DR Gamma Option
Wide DR setting gives 12 Stops of Dynamic Range, preserving detail in shadows and highlights without the need to grade the footage.

The 4K resolution image data captured on the Super 35mm CMOS sensor is fully utilised to enable Over Sampling HD Processing for sharper 2K (DCI) and Full HD recording.
