Wooden Camera Top Plate – C80

Wooden Camera Top Plate – C80 (A00834), is a versatile accessory for a Canon EOS C80 and it features a 2-piece design to allow users to remove the section and use the hot shoe on the camera. this plate is securely mounted to the top of the camera using a 1/4″-20 screw and includes tie-down ridges for added stability. When you are not using the hot shoe, the second piece of the top plate securely attaches to the camera using a cold shoe.

On the rear of the Top Plate is mounting point to attach a battery Slide Pro, ridges on this point add stability by preventing the plate from twisting. The design includes a cut-out to keep the tape hook in its original place, but if you would like to remove it, the design also includes mounting options for the tape hook on the left or right side of the plate.

Across the Top Plate and along the sides, are an abundance of mounting points to attach accessories. The two ⅜”-16 mounting points are symmetrical on the front and back, allowing you to attach a Top Plate Dual Rod Clamp and mount 15mm rod-based accessories to the top plate.
